Successful Auction Steps

  1. CONSULTATION:
    We will evaluate your real estate and or personal property and develop a marketing strategy to fit your needs. We highly recommend you do not throw anything away until we have the opportunity to meet with you.
  2. SALE DATE:
    Auction date will be set based on your needs and our schedule.
  3. INVENTORY:
    A list will be generated for advertising.
  4. ADVERTISING/MARKETING:
    This begins as soon as description and photos are taken developed especially for your property. Many times we already know of people looking for certain property.
  5. SET UP:
    Depending if your sale is being held on site or at our facility, our staff will begin arranging your items to prepare for your auction. This includes sorting, cleaning, etc.
  6. AUCTION DAY:
    Sit back and relax! Our professional staff will tend to every detail.
  7. SETTLEMENT:
    After your auction, you will receive a complete auction settlement packet including itemization of sales, total of sale minus expenses (i.e. advertising, misc.) a long with your check.
